[Meli sounds absolutely exhausted and near tears. She hadn't slept much at all before it had all started. Now, there is none, and she's afraid she's losing it altogether]

I want to tear my ears out and simply die.

I hardly sleep as it is.

At least those who follow me remember what that actually is and give me peace at times. All this? This beast growling and snarling through everything as though it's going to kill me? Horrid. Throwing myself from the rooftop would be preferable.

I would see a physician for help, for a remedy for any sleep, but I could be committed instead. This will not do...

Are any of you having better luck?

Of course I have, but it seems to be different for some. I am distracted by the noise, but it poses no threat and is, thus, merely an annoyance.

I am honestly not sure anymore.

All I know is that I am so exhausted and tired and feeling ill from the lack of sleep.

I hope that some comes soon before I must work.
