I'm glad that you've found something to do with your time. You should do whatever is right for you--even if you do not know what that 'whatever' happens to be.
The worst time that I have with my work are when there are children involved. It's difficult for me to make a little one pretty who died without just cause--a gunshot, for instance. Some of them are the ones to lift my spirits up when they speak to me, and they tell me that it's okay. And yes, I do learn a lot about this modern society and the people who've dwelled in them. About their life and what they enjoyed most; what they disliked and their beliefs. That's the part that I enjoy.
