It's the noise and the fact that it will. Not. Stop. I attempt to sleep, it only gets louder, much like someone who does not know they are dead, I am the only one who seems to hear it.

To be honest, I am not sure a sleep aid would help at this moment. I do not let things affect the job that I do, but being mortal and having an incredible lack of sleep is affecting my daily life as a whole. I could not tell you the last I've eaten, either.

So, at this point...death feels preferable. I do not know whether or not it would help, but I am desperate, Phonos. And that is not something I would admit to on any basis...
